There is a powerful release when we put pen to paper, when we write out our emotions and allow ourselves to be vulnerable on the page. When we start writing out the words on our hearts, God meets us, and healing begins. This challenge is to help you practice and build a habit with journaling, if writing is a great release for you. It doesn't need to be a whole novel, but allow your heart to speak to you and get it to paper. The goal is of this challenge is to help you find healing, find a way of releasing all you may be holding on to within. The idea is to journal for 30 days and see how you feel afterwards; if it has been truly healing, or if it is not a practice for you, that is okay too. Allow yourself to try it out for 30 days and see how you feel!
