At Faithfully Abound, we work hard to create meaningful and impactful experiences through our events, workshops, and resources. We understand that plans change, and we want to be fair and transparent in how refunds are handled.

 

Event & Workshop Refunds

In-Person Events & Workshops:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 days before the event date to be eligible for a full refund. If a request is made less than 24 hours before the event, refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued at the discretion of Faithfully Abound.

 

Online Events & Virtual Workshops:

• Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start time.

• If you miss the event or cannot attend due to technical issues on your end, a refund is not guaranteed, but we may offer access to a recording or credit toward a future event when available.

Donations

All donations made to Faithfully Abound are considered non-refundable, except in the case of a technical or processing error. If you believe a donation was made by mistake, please contact us within 72 hours so we can review the issue.

 

Merchandise or Digital Products (if applicable)

If Faithfully Abound offers merchandise or digital resources in the future:

• Digital Products: All digital sales are refundable once delivered within 30 days. A request for a refund will need to be submitted with a reason for the return.

• Physical Merchandise: Items purchased in-person events are non-refundable and all sales are final. 

 

Event Cancellations

If Faithfully Abound cancels an event for any reason, you will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer your registration to a future event

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund.

 

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted by email  or through our contact us form below and include:

• Your full name

• Event name and date

• Order or confirmation number

• Reason for the request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to

appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
