Sticking with the ultimate theme of February, we are also focusing on love this month. More specifically, God's love for us; HOW He loves us, which is also how we begin to love ourselves. Once we recognize the love we carry, we can love others the way we are supposed to, the way God has asked us to. Putting love in action is going to be an important focus because God did not just say all that He did about love only or us not to act upon it. We are to go out into the world and love others the way Jesus did. It's not in a way we even recognize or imagine, but it's the way God loves, and it's about becoming love like Him. 

So this month let's BE love, to everyone we encounter. Let's carry the Spirit of Jesus every where we go, giving grace, patience and compassion. Let's be the light of this world this month.

Colossians 3:12- Therefore, as God's chosen people holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

John 13:34- A new command I give you: love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.

John 3:16- For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
